Simplex Technology, Inc went public, initially on JASDAQ (Over-the-Counter) in February 2002 in Japan. It was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (The Second Section, Mid-Cap) in May 2004, and got promoted to the First Section (Large-Cap) of the Exchange on September 1, 2005.
